Zachary started ice-dance in 2011 and actually skates in Montreal at IAM "Ice Academie of Montreal" ice-dance School under Marie-France Dubreuil, Patrice Lauzon, Romain Haguenauer, Scott Moir Main coaches, as well as Pascal Denis, josée Piché and Benjamin Brisebois. IAM team also includes ballroom professor Ginette Cournoyer, dance professors Eva Airapetian and Samuel Chouinard. With his partner Marjorie, they are part of Canada National team 2021/22 and recognized by Patinage Québec as "Athlete Excellence".

In the past, Zachary used to train with Julien Lalonde at LMK International School where he was also training in Free Style.
